Tickets

Good to know

• Will Call: no physical or e-tickets are sent. Check in at the door with your name and photo ID; your confirmation email is your receipt.
• Your name goes on the Will Call list for each day your pass covers. Your order number (like SF-0042) is your confirmation number.
• Buying for someone else? Add their name in the optional "Someone else picking up?" box at checkout. They show their own photo ID.
• A 3-day pass gets you in Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• These are online presale prices. Online presale ends at midnight Thursday, Nov 12 (the night before the fest starts). After that, only single-day passes are sold, at the door, for $5 more per day (Friday $25, Saturday $25, Sunday $20; cash, ATM inside). The 3-day pass is presale only.
• No refunds, and no shirt exchanges, so please double-check your days and sizes before you check out.
• Buying for a group? Add a shirt for each ticket (any mix of sizes) in the same order. Shirts are picked up at Will Call when you check in.
• More answers (passes, Will Call, shirts) are in the FAQ.
