Tickets and passes
How much are tickets?
Online presale prices for SwarmFest 2026:
- Friday (Nov 13): $20
- Saturday (Nov 14): $20
- Sunday (Nov 15): $15
- 3-day pass (Friday to Sunday): $50
Buy them on the Tickets page. Presale is cheaper than the door: single-day tickets cost $5 more at the door.
Online presale ends at midnight Thursday, Nov 12 (the night before the fest starts).
When does presale end?
Online presale ends at midnight Thursday, Nov 12 (the night before the fest starts). After that, single-day passes are sold only at the door, for $5 more per day, cash.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. After online presale ends (midnight Thursday, Nov 12), only single-day passes are sold, at the door, for $5 more than presale:
- Friday: $25
- Saturday: $25
- Sunday: $20
You'll need cash for tickets bought at the door. There's an ATM inside. The 3-day pass is only sold online during presale.
Is there a 2-day pass?
No. You can still buy any mix of single days in one order, for example 1 Friday and 2 Saturday tickets and skip Sunday.
What does the 3-day pass cover?
Entry on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Nov 13–15, 2026). Your name goes on the Will Call list for all three days. The 3-day pass is only sold online during presale, which ends at midnight Thursday, Nov 12. After that, only single-day passes are available, at the door.
Can I buy tickets for friends in one order?
Yes. Pick a pass, set how many tickets you want, add it to your order, and repeat for other days. You can add a shirt for each ticket in the same order, in any mix of sizes.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment goes through Stripe's secure checkout page. You enter your card details on Stripe's page, never on our site.
At checkout you enter your email and your full name as it appears on your photo ID, plus (optional) the name of someone else picking up.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, there are no refunds.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails your receipt after you pay. That email is your receipt; there is no separate ticket.
Will Call and check-in
Will I get a ticket in the mail or by email?
No. All 2026 tickets are Will Call. No physical or e-tickets are sent. Your name is on the Will Call list for each day you bought.
What do I bring to the door?
A photo ID that matches the name you entered at checkout (or the pickup name). Check in at the door with your name and photo ID.
What is my confirmation number?
Your order number, like SF-0042. It appears on the thank-you page right after you pay.
I don't have my confirmation number. Can I still get in?
Yes. Your name and photo ID are all you need at the door.
I'm buying for someone else. How do they get in?
Add their name in the optional "Someone else picking up?" box at checkout. They show their own photo ID at the door.
My payment didn't go through, or something looks wrong. What do I do?

Shirts
Is there an event shirt, and how much is it?
Yes. You can add the optional SwarmFest 2026 event t-shirt when you buy tickets:
- S, M, L, XL: $15
- 2XL: $16
- 3XL: $18
- 4XL: $18
- 5XL: $20
How many shirts can I order?
Online, up to one shirt per ticket, each in its own size, all in the same order. For example, 3 tickets can come with up to 3 shirts. Want more? You can buy shirts at the official merch booth at the fest.
Can I buy a shirt at the fest?
Yes. You can buy one at the official SwarmFest merch booth. Online, shirts are added to tickets (up to one per ticket).
Can I exchange my shirt or change the size?
Sorry, no exchanges. Please double-check your sizes before you check out.
Will my shirt be shipped?
No. Shirts are picked up at Will Call when you check in.

- Friday: 6:30 PM

Is SwarmFest all ages?
Yes, SwarmFest is all ages.
Can I leave and come back?
There is no re-entry for guests under 21 years of age.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking where available.
Do I need cash? Is there an ATM?
There's an ATM inside. Cash is needed for tickets bought at the door on the day. The bar and vendors accept cash or card.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Does SwarmFest happen rain or shine?
Yes, SwarmFest happens rain or shine.
What kind of music is it?
Death, Black, Thrash and Doom metal. The 2026 fest is 30 bands over 3 days on 2 stages.
Who's playing, and which day?
See the bands announced so far in the 2026 lineup. More bands are announced on Facebook as they're confirmed. Day and stage assignments will be posted once the full lineup is set.

How long has SwarmFest been around?
Since 2015. SwarmFest is an annual Tampa metal fest started by Nick Goodyear. Past lineups and flyers are in History, and you can read more about the organizer.
Bands
How can my band play SwarmFest?
Send us your band through the Play SwarmFest form. We book Death, Black, Thrash and Doom, with some Heavy Metal.
What do I need to submit my band?
Your band name, genre, hometown, a contact name and email, a short bio, your approximate live set length, and at least one music link (Bandcamp, Spotify, YouTube or another link).
